Basics And Essentials To Sales
We can sell anything, we just need to sell ourselves first.
The 3's (S.E.E.)
These are the 3's, this is basic that everyone needs for every conversation and interaction. Without these, you will have a bad sales day, or interaction.
Trick #1
Hard Close- Assume they want to buy at the end of the pitch- After you pitch them, tell them how they can buy/start.
Build Your Script Like This
The words you use are the foundation to your pyramid. Without a foundation you can never build towards your peak.
Trick #2
Benefit- When pitching tell them the reason everyone buys is because they get more attention, people perceive them higher, or they won't notice the problem themselves anymore.
Walk'n n Talk'n
90% of all communication is non-verbal. The words you use is the 10% base, this is the rest of the 90% is what leads to the peak of your pyramid which is what people notice.
Trick #3
Mirror- When someone talks enthusiastically, talk enthusiastically, if they're serious, be sophisticated. If their body language is explosive be over the top. If they're timid, talk quieter and be closed. Everyone loves themselves, show them a mirror.
Objection Handling 101
When you ask someone for something, they either say yes or no, if they say yes then great. If they say no however, you need to find out why and help them overcome whatever is holding them back.
Trick #4
More Sales- Incentives customers to sell, they will be your best sales reps. Give customers a $25 gift card if they refer a friend, and give the friend a $25 discount so no feels taken advantage of. The price of gift should be less than sales commission.
Rejection
If you can't deal with rejection you will give up in anything that has meaning. That is how you stay in the bottom 80% , by giving up. If only one thing is learned from this course, I hope it's this.
Trick #5
Want The Sale- Every time I sold a lot in a day is because the only thing I had in my mind was the phrase "I'm getting another sale." When you're thinking about whatever or with a friend, you don''t focus on the main task- selling. Always say to yourself "I want the next one, it's coming!"
